About Us

Casas Açorianas is a Rural Tourism Association that was born out of the necessity of promoting a number of hotel establishments on the nine islands of Azores and the creation of a unique segment in the tourism of these islands. Awarded with the Gold Medal for Tourism Merit by the Portuguese Government in 2008, Casas Açorianas gathers, nowadays, around fifty associates and more than a hundred houses spread throughout the islands of the Azores.
